Munk Race Fab recently finished this 1967 Chevelle for a local business owner and friend Michael Bates.
The car came you us in rough condition having been disassembled for “restoration” more than 7 years ago.
After evaluation of the project a plan was made. We began gathering parts. This was an 18 month build for MRF from start to finish.
Fit and finish is evident but make no mistake this is not just another “show car”.
It will be driven and enjoyed on our scenic Northern California roads.
Seth Lane's 1966 GTO was recently completed after a year long restoration.
This car was another basket case car. We found it in the high desert town of Yerington NV.
The car had been disassembled 25 years prior, with many parts missing. The rest were sun baked.
The body was virtually rust free. So we hauled it back to the shop. Hung the body on the rotisserie & got to work.
All components were completely blasted. Then Jed, Shawn, Vic & Heath set about making body panels perfect.
While Angelo tackled the frame, drive train, suspension etc. The end result is one of the nicest cars
Munk Race Fab has produced to date!

68 Camaro Convertible
Dwight Mullins 1968 Convertible Camaro is nearing completion.
This has been a huge undertaking due to 85% of metal on the car being
replaced. This includes right rear frame rail, trunk pan, rear inner wheel
wells, quarter panels, tail panel, floor pans, upper fire wall/cowl, upper dash,
deck lid, doors etc. Only original metal retained is the roof, A pillars, lower fire wall,
trans tunnel and left frame rail! Powered by a 375 HP 396 backed by a T56 6 speed with a
Quicktime bell housing. Willwood hydraulic clutch release and a Mcleod clutch.
Munk race fab narrowed an A body 12 bolt rear and installed Global West weld in sub
frame connectors. With dozens of custom touches this is a stand out 1st Gen. Camaro!
One of Munk Race Fabs' complete "makeover"
on a brand new Ford F-450 for a local customer. The truck was special ordered
from Harper Ford in Eureka. It was driven directly from the dealership to Munk Race
Fab having only 33.2 miles on the odometer when it went "under the knife.
Some of the mods include a Kelderman Air Ride suspension which includes Accu-Air,
on-board ECU with 4 corner feedback from independent sensors.
1969 Dodge Charger R/T
Just out of the shop is this one of a kind 1969 Dodge Charger R/T. Angelo Munk and Jed Hess
recently finished this custom project for Holly Graves. The work included a 517 John Arruzza
Hemi conversion with custom exhaust and QTP electric cutouts. This 1969 Dodge Charger R/T
also got a new brake system, suspension work and major interior work done. We can’t forget
the sweet blue paint job that makes this custom Charger stand out.
Extra thanks to Doug Harndon, Buzz Graves, Dave Fisher, Andre Carey, Fred Taylor for
help with this project.
